Les Watson - Coach, Productivity Expert and Founder of the EASY System
Who am I?
I specialise in assisting individuals who feel overloaded or are struggling to progress, guiding them to reclaim more time, energy, and personal satisfaction.
Does this sound like you?
You are one of a special breed - a small business owner.
You're someone committed to your personal and professional growth. You thrive on autonomy and pushing your limits, but find yourself burdened by long hours and constant concerns about the next big challenge. The stress feels like a never-ending treadmill, often without the rewards you deserve.
Can you relate?
With my enthusiastic, robust support and practical guidance, your life can transform from exhausting schedules to a balanced, healthy lifestyle, from struggle to profound satisfaction.
Together, we can initiate such a profound change that others will wonder how you manage to look so carefree.
Is that even possible?
With over 35 years as a trainer, facilitator, and coach, I've seen it all. I founded Get More Time, initially helping companies and individuals boost productivity, which was incredibly rewarding. My passion, however, truly lies in empowering individuals—especially those facing tough times alone.
That’s why I created the EASY System, tailored for courageous go-getters like you, designed to help navigate life's challenges with greater ease and confidence.
My Story!
I was a young bloke growing up in Tasmania. The sum total of my ambition was to be good at sport, leave school as soon as possible, get a trade, chase girls and enjoy a drink while hanging out with my mates.
I thought I was doing all right, but I had a major case of Drift-itis. I drifted from job to job. From pay cheque to pay cheque. From one good time to the next. I didn’t think about it. Life just kind of carried me along.
But sometimes in life you catch a break, and mine came in the shape of a mentor. “Listen, young fella,” he said. “With your energy and potential, you could make it on the mainland. You’ve got to stop mucking around. I’m sending you on a course where you will learn what’s what.”
The course turned out to be on Goal Setting. One of the first things they got us to do was rate, from one to ten, how satisfied we were in the major areas of our life. I’d never even thought about it before. I carefully worked my way down the list: Money, Family, Love, Career, Community, Spiritual... and on it went. By the time I got to the end of the list, I had a bunch of low scores and a very red face. What a loser.
Next we had to imagine what ‘fully satisfied’ looked like, and then write down some specific goals in each area. It was tough at first, thinking up stuff (um...file my tax returns?), but by the end I was on a roll (get a real career, get married, have kids, run a marathon...). It was all pretty exciting.
I ended up studying and teaching Personal and Professional Development for the next 35 years.
I used the skills I learned to work successfully for other people, in several industries. But I wasn’t satisfied. I loved the idea of working for myself. But if I thought working for the man had its challenges, it was nothing compared to the struggle of starting and growing a small business.
I launched my training business, Get More Time. Helping companies and individuals to be more productive and manage their time more efficiently was enormously satisfying. But I was working long hours, and constantly worrying about where the next sale was coming from. I had a small business that was making modest profits, but how to take it to the next level?
Finally, I remembered how a mentor had turned my life around as a teenager. Maybe I needed someone like that now.
Long story short, I found a life coach. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Without that energizing, motivating, tender-loving support and practical guidance, I might still be struggling to find fulfillment. Instead, my life has transformed significantly, from just getting by to truly thriving, from exhausting routines to a balanced, healthy lifestyle, from constant struggle to deep satisfaction.
The change was so profound that others began asking how I could manage my challenges looking like I didn’t have a care in the world. There’s only one thing tougher than trying to balance personal and professional life, and that’s the relentless stress of feeling like you are on a never-ending treadmill of effort for minimal reward.
I discovered that I loved helping others who felt overloaded or stuck, guiding them to gain more time, energy, and personal success.
That’s why I have created a training that reveals how to catapult your life from a state of struggle to thriving success in just 3 months.
